CEO
Jaclyn Sanchez is a driven entrepreneur and purposeful leader with a passion for building meaningful connections in both business and life. With a strong background in construction and medical-field engineering, she understands the critical importance of communication systems that keep people safe and first responders connected.
As Co-founder and CEO of Graystone Communications—named after her son, Grayson Stone—Jaclyn leads with integrity and a deep belief in investing in people. She surrounds herself with talented professionals who share her commitment to quality and reliability.
Beyond business, Jaclyn is a devoted mother of three and an active supporter of the autistic community. Her leadership is rooted in compassion and a desire to make a lasting difference.

With over 26 years of experience in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Public Safety communications, Daniel MacAlpine is known throughout the industry for his hands-on leadership and unwavering commitment to quality. As Chief Operating Officer of Graystone Communications, Daniel believes success is built on strong relationships and doing right by people, because that’s the foundation of lasting business.
Based in Las Vegas, Daniel’s reputation speaks for itself. He’s earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike through integrity, precision, and pride in craftsmanship. Known for his attention to detail, Daniel sets extremely high standards for every project.
